We added a mini split system, new floors throughout, rebuilt the deck, added windows, repaired waste lines, roof, siding, stucco, cleaned up the basement and remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms.

Do you knock on the flight deck door to let the captain know that he could get there faster at a higher altitude?  

The single-story home, purchased by Lee as a gift for his daughter, boasts seven bathrooms, a pool, a movie theater, and a spacious entertainment deck.

I saw their slide deck for different projects and the numbers were ridiculously too good to be true.

I’ll likely close on the property around early November and it will need small cosmetic updates, maybe a new deck, and of course new furniture set up.

A tenant “broke” a railing on the second floor deck and fell down and had medical issues they were sueing for along with PTSD and a bunch of over things .

Think about a 3 level cabin with 3 decks.  

I believe they likely will talk, they share a back deck and am concerned the different rates may negatively impact the relationship if that scenario played out.
