I started out with the equal amount of Tesla 6 months ago and my Tesla shares have increased 4 times that of bitcoin.My advice is to just keep lookong for better real estate deals and keep some of your cash in the good old greenback as well...There is nothing like being able to pounce on the good deals when everyone else is stuck in an asset that just went belly up!

The smaller platforms will probably account for only a fraction of overall bookings, so the juice may not be worth the squeeze.

We're never going to fix this supply problem for housing unless we can juice the number of builds getting done to where its back to normal (i.e. pre boom times from 2005 to 2008).The federal government should do the exact same thing to stretch the money.  25k down payment assistance for first time home buyers who buy new construction homes as a no interest loan payable only upon sale or transfer (i.e. if the person dies and someone inherits, that 25k could be called due).
