I've been thinking a lot about Florida and I believe it's a great state for future potential investments such as purchasing and renting out (utilizing the BRRRR Method Of Course).

I agree with @Murali Jesudoss, I had pulled back from investing when things got super crazy in the last year or so, but I believe things are stabilizing and deals will start to become more attractive.

I love the PNW area and believe it has great potential for equity investments.

I know federally backed loans are required to give 30 days notice but I believe that because it is a triplex and the other two units aren't owner occupied it allows me to do a 3 day notice.

@Richard Benjamin WilhiteSince you inherited the land, I believe your cost basis is typically the land's fair market value at the time of inheritance. 

My point is that in my case I believe was a problem of the loan officer who I ended up using once more.
