While the prices are attractive, I'm concerned with its long term viability.

On the other hand, many landlords were able to obtain low mortgage rates during the historically low interest rate environment during the Pandemic, allowing them to offer a much more attractive housing cost to renters.

To maximize its appeal, highlight rental performance, market it on investor-focused platforms, and consider selling before the academic year to attract buyers ready to capitalize on rental income.Good luck!
