She is very organized, optimistic, and has a can-do attitude.

I do deals directly with sellers all of the time who have the attitude that they don't need a realtor and they're going to "save" a bunch of money.

Being humble, having a positive attitude, meeting people, and constantly learning new things will make the process even faster.

Ignore their attitude (yes it can be hard) and either start with an eviction as they are in violation of their lease for non-payment (the $900 they owe) or simply do not renew their lease. 

Most agents are pretty awful at their job and secondly, the good ones may not want to deal with you especially if you have an attitude.

I will probably see them again soon with my same neighborly attitude.  

He was extremely rude and I wouldnt do business with them just based off his attitude.

LOL.. like risking 100's of thousands of dolalrs on a rehab project is nothing... that's the problem .. those with the attitude of they do ALL THE WORK and the money just sits back and does nothing.. :)  that is very nearsighted thinking and someone who probably won't get much going in the bizz.

Yep, just knock on the door with an understanding attitude.
