People are always looking off-market but sometimes there are hidden gems hiding in plain site.

Most people that I know buy Turnkey because they want a monthly return on their money rather than a long term equity position an appreciation.

They get money but couldn't find deals that match the 8% they offered people, which was all based on lower interest rates and leverage.
