If any of you guys have a good cash flowing property numbers in colorado or a highly priced market that you could share i would really apreciate seeing what it looks like!

I have had a browse over the web but i can't find anywhere that can supply a foreign investor a short term loan such as Transactional funding.I would be making deals virtually and closing the deals over the internet with my ( c ) Buyer.I would really apreciate some advice here guys.. what steps i need to take to get this ball rolling.

I never count on apreciation but i weathered and even prospered during the "bad housing downturn".

If you have tenant problems you could have relationship problems.Couple stress points that come to mind in a rehab situation:1 - After a long day of rehab you say something derogatory about the previous owner/maintenance upkeep2 - You go to make a change that will disturb a precious childhood memory3 - You try to rent and she gets defensive about who lives in her house.I should note; I'm not very diplomatic about the things I say to people in my social circle about my tenants.
