I was told that they can do it as low as 5.75% for 12 mos, no docs just purely asset base, no prepayment penalty.I am new to this.

For our purposes it's all for an income stream.

I have a list of them that I can share with you.Chicago, without a doubt, has some downsides, but there are also a lot of positives, like the inventory of older multi-family properties and price points at all levels.Investing out-state can be challenging because of the distance and the need for boots on the ground that you can trust 100%.

Just curious if anyone has used All Loans Funding for DSCR loans?

For the moment though, I am just trying to gain a more robust understanding of all things real estate that I could reasonably see in my future.  

I'm just beginning but am considering a bigger commitment in the next five years or so by accessing some or even all retirement funds to buy a building (I'm sure people have thoughts on whether or not that is a good idea!).
