Hello, my name is Kishan, I'm 18 years old and for the past few months I have been addicted to learning about real estate to obtain financial success in my future.

I'm a retail investor that has an addiction problem to the asset class. 

ok  further along in the process...I was the high bidder at the bank auction and I have approached the person and offered her cash for keys and she doesn't want money and seems to want to max out time before being evicted.in meeting the her,  she appears to have had a hard life and does not appear to be in great mental health and might have a current or past addiction.

There are also so many stories of people who have come from intensely difficult circumstances and have managed to find a way (incarceration, homelessness, addiction, abusive relationships, extreme poverty, you name it).

They come out of the basement kind of like addicts looking for a fent fix. 

The owner isn't dead but appears to be suffering from dementia + addiction (ain't that a mental illness now).  

I mostly work in the retail medical space for Urgent Cares around the country but there can sometimes be some med office overlap there, and we are shopping more of it for an addiction treatment project we are working on in a couple states so I see more and more of it come across my desk.
