Hi @Katie Lyon,Properties are typically still selling in Cape Coral right now to active buyers, even with elevated inventory.

For example in a hot area of Houston I have a 30 unit. 20 of them are in a courtyard and 10 face the street.

Silver Springs has 89 active listings,  27 canceled, 4 expired, and 56 that have rented.
