Here is a very abbreviated version of my research on just one city, Anaheim(Disneyland is in Anaheim), and my assumptions(in parentheses).

I was just using it, make sure you don't put the abbreviation at the end.. dr, ave, street.

You'll often see the abbreviation as you research of just ARV but beware of bloated or false comparable home-sale prices.

I'm thinking the proper abbreviation might prompt more replies.

Typically, real estate returns come in four types, abbreviated CAPT. 

Have you downloaded Texas landlord tenant laws.. if not do that.I would put her name down, as she was only legal occupant.. you could list "Et al "meaning any other occupant, others as your not for certain husband is gone. et al.n. abbreviation for the Latin phrase et alii meaning "and others."

However, the VT property is a stinking lousy drive from Worcester, MA, my new home.After I find out how to use the abbreviations and organize my numbers, I'll ask my questions.
