Example you need food to live but do not need to go out to eat or go to movie theater if money is not there.Have you thought of sitting a subdivision for a home builder?

I am currently looking to do wholesaling deals and assignment of contracts until I build enough finances to do fix and flips, buy and holds and have rentals.Besides wellness and real estate I love hiking, outdoor activities, watching MMA/UFC, traveling, theater, jazz, wine, family and friends.  

But this area lacks a major grocery store, movie theater, chain restaurant, etc.  

I would also like to hear stories from anyone who wants to share about how they got started, or any kind of advice anyone can offer.As for me I graduated with a BA in Theater and after graduating I realized it was not what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

All 4 major sports, highest per capita Off Broadway plays/theaters in the nation.But I don't want to plug my own city.  

There are proven benefits and I think it is insane that we deny people marijuana in a case like this, yet doctors prescribe highly addictive pain killers like they are selling popcorn at a movie theater.

Near Gannon, there are many restaurants in old 1800's buildings, a city park that hosts special events, a convention center with flagship architecture, a community playhouse that performs Broadway plays, the Warner Theater which hosts various performers and the Erie Philharmonic Orchestra, an art museum, a civic center that is home to the Erie Otters (ice hockey) among many other events, a ball field that is home to the Erie Seawolves (minor league team), and a Starbucks on 5th and State St.

Riverside still has drive in theaters :).  

Are there activities in town such as parks, museums, theaters, colleges, highly rated school districts, etc.
