Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $308,000

Built our home in 2014 for 308,000$
- no money down (sweat equity instead)
- Valued at 380,000$
- Added a 2 bedroom basement apartment and home theater in the basement
Revalued at 420,000$

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We wanted a home but didn't have a down payment so my parents taught us the trick of using Auto Construction Loans

How did you finance this deal?

Using an Auto Construction Loand from a local credit union

How did you add value to the deal?

By Adding a 2 bedroom lower unit and home theater
