Will that negate a better return/lower interest rate or worsen our cash flow?  

With the recent (and likely worsening) stock market volatility, lots of investors will be looking for alternatives. 

The trend will continue its course if not worsen after the pandemic.

My old tenant moved out and he never complained about a minor issue a loose knob , my new tenant moved in and it seems to me like he wanted to take control the hard way by using a plier and that worsened the problem it can cost upto $200 just to call a plumber , I will try to see if there are any diy solutions.

The government prints more money to pay its bills, worsening the hyperinflation. 

In fact, they only worsened my already debilitated confidence by telling me they were concerned that my activities might be unlawful.So it wasn't anything specific yet that he told me per say, that i remember, about what Im doing, other than just the general premise that I am selling (assigning) my contractual rights.

Any upgrades, renovation or expansion is only going to worsen the cash flow situation.
