Be Carful Celebrating The Latest Inflation Data

Like the title says, don't get too excited about the October inflation data that was released late last week. As Michael Burry has pointed out, inflation doesn't happen in a straight line. More like a roller coaster.  We have a years worth of terrible readings and people stop spending. Inflation starts to be tamed, people start spending again, and the problem worsens.  Rinse and repeat. I hope I'm wrong, but history tells a different story. If you are buying properties that need rehab, make sure the deal is deep enough to withstand price drops. Don't over leverage either! This is not a time for new investors to start taking risks...
