Better to do w2 early and not Walmart or Starbucks at 70.

I also won’t go back to 8 to 7 corporate life or greet people at Walmart and live in a trailer.  

Walmart in next town over 7 miles away.  

No one goes to WalMart and asks for a breakout of their supply chain costs.

Over the years, large portions of that land has been leased to large companies such as Walmart, Lowe's etc. to build stores.

HEB, Walmart, Costco, shopping mall etc. are all within 10 min driving distance.

Think Target, Walmart, Kohls, Sams Club, Costco.
