There's been some posts on BP for example about buying in Brazil....do you know Portuguese, do you know rental law in Brazil, can you evict someone, do tenants have rights, can you find an English speaking lawyer easily and affordable to handle your eviction and keep you updated?

I also am confident I can purchase a great rehab project and do 80% of work except electric and plumbing( Fall River agents have the Portuguese construction in them I kid but I am studying for my CSL Unrestricted so I have a good eye for bidding out prospective properties and can do a thorough bid to be on budget for all seen issues!

I believe Anthony primarily speaks portuguese, and his english is much better than my spanish, so I cut him slack there.What I want to know is why somebody who has amassed a real estate empire totaling millions of dollars, needs help from an Internet web site to find financing.

It's great to see more and more portuguese people awakening to the Real Estate wealth building power, and hopefully treating it like a real business.With that said, I would say Porto is a really over-valued market to buy (right now) which makes it a lot more risky, the same goes for Lisbon and a few other cities that have been experiencing high and continuous rises in RE prices.I would recomend you trying to look into some underpriced markets with great potencial growth.

Actually, I was at a networking event yesterday and met some Portuguese mortgage brokers, I asked specifically about refinancing in order to do the brrrr strategy, they said it's tricky because of the appraisal (we already know that) but that it is totally possible here.
