I must say I'm a little jealous, RE photography looks like fun!!

I am also experienced in photography and drone video/photography. 

I'd just like to throw it out there that, while I don't have a lot of knowledge in the real estate sector, I do have a nice camera and a decent eye for photography.

Just wondering what the interest is in the region for aerial photography for investors, agents, etc.

Most recently, I have started a Real Estate Photography business (robquinnphotography.com) helping agents, property managers, landlords and builders market their sale and rental listings with high quality photography. 

I do photography as well, I've been offering people free shoots for years and can't get anyone to care enough to pick it up. lol hopefully you'll have better results.

I have a photography and art background, so I'm not looking to hire anyone, but I want to do better than compact cams or a phone with a wide attachment lens.

Just a couple other tips - get professional photography and if it can’t be in a HGTV show, spend the time and money to make it cute.

I think that you have well intentions of investing some money into this vacation rental but perhaps it needed to be allocation towards professional photography and more staging guides.
