Originally, I felt limited by conventional lending DTI.

I set my rent standards a little high and realized that rent is actually not that high.. we have a morgage on it and it looks like the house is selling for more than we originally paid 4 years ago.

They will point you to the original company (if not them) with the lease or purchase agreement.

You do not need a separate LLC for each property or a series LLC!

Curious if any General Contractors have recently originated commercial general liability insurance and build units that are sold as Condo/PUD's.

You paid 1% origination, closing, legal etc, and 4.5% interest.  

I had just mastered the original deal analysis and was getting comfortable analyzing deals.
