On numerous occasions, clueless real estate agents want to put me on automation where they send me searches from the MLS.

Hi, DavidThank you for all the educational stuff you share, I been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for a while and trying to share some knowledge to my 16 year old son but he thinks is boring with I can understand that at his age but there is some occasions  specially when you share sports analysis when you gets his attention, so can you please do a podcast focus on teenagers so I can listen with him when driving to school in the mornings ?

I have used it on occasion, but it is rare.
