this guy scammer has been making the rounds your about the 3rd person this week with the exact same thing..found on facebook here read these terms.its a fruad a scam the nigerian prince scam send your money to the Ukraine that type of thing.First off.NO LENDER loans as little as 10k but then says up to 10 million thats the first big BS item LOL.NO lender lends 100% to a first time borrower found on social media.Real lenders collect their fee at close NOT up front..

just beware the crooks who hang out on FB and other social media even BP .. if someone gives you rates and terms that are way below others and tell you your qualified just send me some perosnal information and 500.00 bucks run from those they are phony Nigerian prince scammers that have infected the private money lending world.. they will have websites etc..

We talked only twice and he has some kind of foreign accent, and it reminds me of the time some Nigerians tried to scam me when I sold my boat (you know the guys that will send you a cashier's check at or above your asking price, but has to have the boat shipped because they are in the military).
