this guy scammer has been making the rounds your about the 3rd person this week with the exact same thing..found on facebook here read these terms.its a fruad a scam the nigerian prince scam  send your money to the Ukraine that type of thing.First off.NO LENDER loans as little as 10k  but then says up to 10 million  thats the first big BS item LOL.NO lender lends 100% to a first time borrower found on social media.Real lenders collect their fee at close NOT up front..

TOTAL SCAM  .. sad but this is all over the social media and internet.. people fall for it every day.. its the real estate lendings version of the Nigerian prince scams..    

The person may not be what he claims to be.Example, in one case, I had a Nigerian national, who bought an bank account statement showing a few thousand  dollars in assets.

Now a days its just another ( very often) off shore Nigerian prince scheme.. but I am sure there are still companies out there that their primary goal is to get up front fee's and never fund.   

It’s not since I won the Nigerian national lottery, that I’ve been so fortunate.

just beware the crooks who hang out on FB and other social media even BP .. if someone gives you rates and terms that are way below others and tell you your qualified just send me some perosnal information and 500.00 bucks run from those they are phony Nigerian prince scammers that have infected the private money lending world.. they will have websites etc..

We talked only twice and he has some kind of foreign accent, and it reminds me of the time some Nigerians tried to scam me when I sold my boat (you know the guys that will send you a cashier's check at or above your asking price, but has to have the boat shipped because they are in the military).  

Come to think of it, I recently got an email from a Nigerian prince who needs some help moving some funds. 

Exactly the same as "The Method" and "The Law of Attraction", "Carpet cleaners that work" and "Nigerian Prince wants to give you all his money"Dean - Your market must be very different from mine.

It's still OK to channel Nigerian bank accounts through BP, though, right?
