LG or Daikin or Mitsubishi.  

I have heard Mitsubishi has a good ductless HVAC system.  

I haven’t looked at the LG units, but I have Mitsubishi and Fujitsu units.

Classic BRRRR deal where deferred maintenance was addressed, rents were increased and capex was completed (new Mitsubishi mini-splits, new hybrid hot-water heaters and new roof).

You might ask heating contractors about ductless systems (we're installing a combined heating/AC system made by Mitsubishi).

I always say something like Mitsubishi 2-ton ductless system, or granite countertop with max price of $xx/sq.ft, something similar to it.

Mitsubishi makes a unit that heats and cools but doesn't require exisiting ducts.I wouldn't touch this project unless you can raise rents too.  

Mitsubishi multi zone HP 24,000 BTU + 2 wall units install quote is $7,445.10, approximately $1,000 less for electric baseboard heat install. 

I ended up ordering a $2k nicer Mitsubishi heat pump / AC system online and they delivered it to my door. (5 years ago) I installed it myself and then paid an AC guy $400 to connect the wires to it and vacuum the system and connect the hoses.

@Nathaniel Berry around here, the major installers only install Mitsubishi and Fujitsu (though I have heard good things about Daiken).
