I've also had guests buy their own TP and trash bags and leave the extra.As for toiletries, I leave the traditional "Starter Set" of shampoo, a little bar soap, conditioner, and lotion (the tiny hotel bottles).

ANY company or developer that has to give you a free flight, hotel or car stay WELL AWAY... they have to do that for a reason as they dont have a good reputation locally.Happy to advise for anyone wanting further UAE knowledge on real estate.

You lock in your interest rate and if rates drop you can prepay at any time and refinance at a lower rate without penalty.If the deal is commercial, whether commercial multifamily (5+ units), office, industrial, self storage, hotel, you name it...the choice becomes far more difficult.
