We understand some investors may not open or read the email invitations for these calls, so we have addressed a more effective process to ensure no investor is left without know about the monthly update calls.

You can't compare the system to the time that the entire Airbnb's focus was inviting more hosts to the platform vs Airbnb is focusing on the customer experience era.

I began inviting them to online zoom meetings I would hold with brokers, agents and investors... friends I had made along the way, where we would just talk strategy, loan types, current market trends etc.

I think there is a balance.. to me the folks I see that seem to work far more than others are like the folks I saw at Google headquarters when I was invited there for a presentation.

. - this is not an invitation to send me (or anyone else) deals based on my buy box. 

And just sitting on the property is in reality inviting Cap-X to come and scour away your cash-flow over time. 

This may invite tenants who may negotiate the rent further down with you and you don't want to be put in that position either.
