I'm maily interested in multifamily complexes and am asking what is the best strategy to acquiring them as a 26 year old female with brand new credit?

As the only female investor he knows I’m not in on the good old boys network around my area of local investors but thanks to my contractor I still get some of the benefits and some of the insights.

You have a single female that sealed up the windows and the house isn't ventilating normally.

With those floors and stainless appliances, you'll have female applicants refusing to leave the viewing without a lease. 

In fact, it can be very disempowering to be the only female in a group with all these men talking over you and excluding you from the conversation (and this happens a lot to many of us.)I'm certain that we all hope to break into the majors like Jackie and take advantage of every opportunity at our disposal, but that doesn't mean that learning from other women who have already had success wouldn't be extremely valuable for many of us.

Unfortunately, if you don't have the resources, its not very possible.here is my sort of "truth vs. reality:"  I think we'd agree that its true if you were a professional athletes you make lots of money (male more so than females, but that's not the point). 

Female is not responding back with a front picture of any ID.

He had a female CPA on who talked about the benefits of an STR Loophole for those of us who have W2 income as a way to take deductions that are normally not permissable when the tax payer makes a certain amount of income. 

Also if you are female just keep in mind you may have to go to the property by yourself.
