It is the hardest thing, part art and part science.

The thing I consistently struggle with is art, especially big pieces.  

I got mine at Costco and it has been reliable and has great range.https://www.costco.com/tp-link-deco-axe5300-wi-fi-6e-tri-ban...It goes on sale pretty regularly.

Replace with art and taxidermy. 

Currently, I live in Hawaii, house hacking my own property, and am looking to expand into out-of-state long-term rentals.My goals now are to master the art of wholesaling, continue raising private money, and build a strong portfolio of long-term rentals.

There is as much art as there is science to all of the above.Neighborhood classifications are the same way.
