I'm currently a production assistant working on the TV show Bones and have been working as a PA for a little over 2 years now.I really don't have any sort of background in real estate, but I'm wanting to learn everything I can about it.

looking for information on Homeowners Assoc. past dues on a piece of property sold at a PA tax deed sale. the property will be sold off the County Repository list.

@Blake BroomerWelcome fellow Pennsylvanian.It also depends on what activity that you are doing, flipping, buy and hold, rehabs, wholesale, commercial, development, etc.There are tax implications, as well as liability issues, and anonymity also.The PA Dept of State has an online file that you can check to see if the proposed name is in use.In most cases I'd recommend that the entity name not contain either you first or sur names.In any event, the best advise would be to contact a PA attorney to help decide the type of entity, your planned work and possible other parties involved. 

Finally contacted the listing agent saying what the heck and the next day the auction website let us put a PA on it since we had been the highest bidder in 8 months.

Sorry for confusion, I just signed a PA, and going the path on closing on in 30 days. but there is 2 options to do this either typical closing or buy the LLC. my PA allows to go down both paths at my sole discretion. 

Wholesaling is considered a gray area judged on intent, long story short Some brokers & lawyers are for it with the proper disclosures and while other brokers are against it no matter what.In any case, I'd suggest you join a local investment group of some type and ask around for agent recommendations or hopefully there's a PA agent here on BP that'll answer this for you.   2.
