First step is to get your license or your going to be up a creek without a paddle if the state find outs.Then start marketing, and off you go.

Is there any advice to get us both paddling our boat in the same direction?

I highly recommend you have an attorney review the collateral before taking the plunge, or could be up Sh*&'s creek without a paddle.
