Another trick from investers I’ve worked with is chatting up folks at local meetups who’ve recently navigated the same municipality.. they’re often happy to share how fast or slow things move.

In more than half the country you don’t even bother with cash for keys because evictions are simple, fast and cheap.The part of the system that’s broken if you’re doing “a lot” of evictions is your screening.

It's taking 30 - 50 leads to generate a contract and we usually get a contract a week, so the speed to lead is fast.

I capture the receipts as soon as I leave a home improvement store and it has saved my butt because those receipts pile up fast when you're in active renovation on multiple properties.

Rates are set to go down, although not as fast as hoped. 

100% believe in the quote; If you want to go fast, go alone.

Debt service is way up, revenue is generally down, down payments are way up, financing terms and costs are much worse.The time of fast scaling has passed, unless you're very creative.
