I'm not sure if anyone knows anyone in Roanoke that would be willing to be the 2nd witness (we have one as he is visiting family) the bank and UPS said they cant use their employees to witness it. 

It is disheartening to witness a mentorship program that boasts substantial financial success, with students allegedly earning substantial monthly incomes, yet fails to ensure that their own employees receive even the minimum wage they are entitled to.

But as someone who’s been in the trenches of real estate investing for almost 30 years, I continue to see some flaws.Some of the flaws I have witnessed are when tech-driven companies seem to lack backing from experienced underwriters or seasoned real estate professionals.

Also, if the report said the police witnessed something I would think that would be well enough for the case.

He was asked why he filed no answer to the complaint and if he had any witnesses or evidence to back up him claims.   

You cite his banging on the door and uttering profanities which means you or someone else witnessed it and told you about it.

While I do not care what happens with your deposit one way or the other, I do hope you've learned something about running your mouth with false accusations today.___ My point stands.

However, if you minimize your vacancy exposure, you may find (just like I have witnessed for years) that it is a much easier and more beneficial strategy.

I want to make sure i am doing things right thing here but also not accusing anyone and making things worse.
