Has anyone used this device or have another recommendation to monitor water usage? 

I don’t have a ton of experience, 4 units right now and actively looking for more however I would be willing to try and host something if we can get some traction to get some networking going.

@Joseph Fenner our site is responsive so any tool or part of the site you are using on your computer should look and work just as well on your mobile device.

Southbridge and Webster are cheaper as well.There will be obvious trade-offs in terms of location / amenities and price but i have seen good traction in all of the aforementioned locations.I'm looking for househacks for clients around central Mass and while they're not impossible to find by any means units in Worcester are typically trading at $225-250.

Jeremy, I hope you don’t take this badly…..I noticed your posts don’t get much “traction” The reason is they read like slick marketing “puff” pieces you find posted on LinkedIn all the time, rather than personally engaged discussions, If you want significant engagement, just write something out, and don’t even “edit” it, just go with the first draft, giving the effect like a personal conversation with someone.  

(I don't use Simplifyem but maybe more detail may gain more traction for a response?)
