I'm in need of a non renewal form for Ohio.

While leasing is the front door to maintaining a property’s occupancy, renewing tenants is the back door.

My question is, do I need to send a non-renewal notice as well? 

My tenants lease is due to end 2/2/2025, is it 30 day notice or 60 day notice of non renewal in CA?

We are just happy to sign the renewal each year.

My subscription is set to renew in July though.

Hi @Zhong Zhang I have used vacancy hacks over the years to get personal properties under 1% when turning tenants over. 3% increase depends on renewing or getting new tenants, when renewing tenants that's  a safe amount. 

You still have the cost of lease renewals, but that's minimal when compared to the cost of turnover.  

We always give a 60-day non-renewal when they are an annual tenant.

Others are responsible with their budget and can stretch a dollar.If they are excellent renters, I would offer them the option to renew and let them make the choice.
