In fact I had one done that size over the summer from some real slobs who moved out, and it required an inordinate amount of deep cleaning including almost one full day just on the filth of the kitchen floors, and it was $400. 

I had a renter that rearranged all the furniture, left everything absolutely filthy, grease spilled all over the counters and oven, food spilled on the floors and table, trash left everywhere, etc.

I informed the guests that I would refund there cleaning fee because the cabin would not need to be cleaned. 

Yes, sewer clean outs are required on new construction, but on a 1947 rehab house that didn’t have existing clean outs, is it really possible that I can be required to install them?
