It’s disappointing, and honestly, it makes me sad.

So I was extremely disappointed for the following reasons:1.

Most of the calls we property owners telling me my check amount was well below what they would sell their property if they were interested in selling which they weren't.We are disappointed and don't know which way to go with our Direct Mail marketing!

To add insult to injury, I was charged an additional $1,000 for Flip System providing me this problematic deal.My disappointment continued with the lack of educational value provided by Flip System.

I invested with them and was very disappointed. 

I have invested in both Fund 3 and Cypress offered by Open Door Capital and they both have been extremely disappointing.

It's always disappointing to hear stories like these.  

But if you are an OOS rental simply for the cash flow, you will likely be disappointed.

Politicians are getting too extreme!

I can agree to keeping it simple, so many people are disappointed when I tell them that they can't combine all their LLCs under one subscription because that doesn't allow for proper Accounting Reporting and it would eliminate any Liability protection they thought they had, so now they have to pay for multiple subscriptions to get their books done correctly.
