Successful Real Estate Investors, I’m Calling You Out! 🏡💪
I see it all the time—real estate investors grinding away, doing more and more deals, but at the expense of their health. It’s disappointing, and honestly, it makes me sad. I meet up with some of you every year at events, and the changes are shocking—more weight, more stress, and aging way faster than you should be.
So let me ask you this:
❓ What’s the point of financial freedom if your health is holding you back?
❓ What’s the point of vacation time if you don’t have the energy to explore?
If you’re sacrificing your body for your business, you’re not really free.
You Don’t Have to Go to Extremes, But You Do Have to Start
I’m not saying you need to jump into some crazy diet or fast (although, some of you might need it 😉). But small daily habits can make a HUGE difference.
Here’s what I do to stay in shape—even while running my business and traveling constantly:
✅ I Walk—a Lot!
- Park in the back of parking lots. 🚗
- Walk in airports instead of sitting at the gate. ✈️
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator. 🏢
- Go on sunrise walks—even if it’s just 5 minutes. 🌅
- Phone calls are for walks 🚶♂️➡️
✅ I Stick to My Morning Routine
You all know I’m a big fan of The Miracle Morning—whether I have 7 minutes or 70, I make time for it.
✅ I Avoid “Free” Food
- Free food is almost always junk. 🍕
- I make enough money to buy my own meals—I skip the processed airline food. ✈️
- I plan ahead so I don’t end up grabbing unhealthy meals on the go.
✅ I Do Mini Health Challenges
- These are mostly mindset challenges for me—to prove I can stick to something hard. 💪
- This discipline carries over into my business, building my mental toughness muscle.
- I keep what works for my body and drop what doesn’t.
✅ I Allow Myself “Unhealthy” Meals—With a Plan
- When I indulge, I don’t feel guilty. But I make up for it afterward.
- If I eat a bunch of sugar, I accept that I’ll go through withdrawals. No painkillers—my punishment for abusing my body.
Want Better Private Lenders? Take Care of Yourself!
One of the reasons I’ve had such good luck with private money investors? They see I take care of myself. They see the discipline in my health and trust that I bring that same level of focus to my deals.
People invest in PEOPLE first—real estate is just the collateral.
It’s Time to Step Up
Jim Rohn said it best: Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.
I want to start seeing my friends get in better shape every year—not looking like they’re aging faster than a principal-only loan pays down.
So, now that I’ve called you out…
What are you going to do about it?
What change will you make for your future self, your family, and your freedom?
💥 Warning: This won’t be the last time I talk about this. Expect more on health, success behind the scenes, and finding harmony in business and a life actually worth living.
