Does the new Biggerpockets book, “Self Directed IRA Investing” cover investing in real estate through a Roth IRA?

.: *assumes CA averages for valuation, rent, profitability, etThere are strategies for starting small or starting big, that are discussed but I am not entirely sure what would be like too big for a first deal...My inclination is to assume that the larger the asset or more units the better, as there is less tenant risk, professional property manager, etc.

After discussing with my we have agreed on what we think is the correct buy box for us.

We have a cleaning crew willing to discuss ideas about cleaning the hot tub after each stay, but she cannot do anything with chemicals due to insurance coverage and she is likely not able to stay long enough for the hot tub to be drained as it takes awhile.
