I tried some solutions and steam approach around painted area to scrub based on online searches but did not help completely.

I also got great value from a very expensive course on how to properly buy & manage residential real estate.Regardless of cost, the ones that offered low value were the ones where the founder wanted to sell education as their main business. 

I personally like radiators, especially steam because the heating system is simple!

A lot of steaming and patchwork later it turned out pretty nice with new carpet as well.

I think buying points right now is probably a bad idea.
