I'm looking to partner with a builder to raise funds for a syndication holding long-term rentals.

I seen online gift funds can be used with after 10% of my own money.

My question is what is the best structure and any referrals for this fund? 

- Would we be able to get funding just based on my resume?

Hey Dale,So the best way to find some GAP funding is to look for private investors either in your area or that you know that would help.
