@Aaron BardI have closed many deals with Easy Street and they are very legit. 

So, I'd look to the other properties and ask whether the ones on the street also had only street parking versus access to a driveway.

I see a potential 3 units in Los Angeles city (95th street).

I have been in Cleveland but not my favorite city in Ohio.  

But at a lower rate compared to other cities that are growing.

While it seems like there are some better priced deals lately, you may have to be prepared to put down 30-40% down.I'd say due to the lack of homes for sale, you should be open to many if not most cities depending on the deal that comes up.
