Tiger Run RV resort in Breckenridge is very desirable for month-long stays and rentals.

The Disney/Orlando market is vast, and it's unrealistic to believe you can buy a home that is already nicely decorated with "typical" theming, in a resort area with hundreds of similar homes -- and expect exceptional performance.So how do you find/or create uniqueness in this market?

We’re visiting Galveston from Dallas and fell in love with the island and our VRBO rental in the pointe west resort.

I focus on college towns and resort towns.   

I am looking into this also to run my small 17 unit resort, looking at several apps.

I would second out near Heber since they’re building the new world class ski resort out there soon.

Even after guests book and pay their message system blocks out e-mail addresses and phone numbers, so I'm left resorting to spelling out my phone number in odd ways to get around it.

One last question please 🙏… this is my first rodeo so it is only a 2BD/2BA condo in a community with really nice resort style  amenities.

Litigation should be last resort, but dont wait around.
