Hey @Joseph Beilke, Costa Rica has been a place for Americans and Europeans to retire for a while.

In 2024, approximately 62% of Italians aged 15 and above were employed, compared to the European Union average of 71%.

There is no "secret" to finding them--- you just have to search, but most major metros have them.

Not trying to argue or make it an ego thing but there are European countries that will not let you buy property as a non resident, Switzerland for example.

@Jonathan Greene I'm not sure what you mean by "most will not cash flow as an out-of-country investor" as it might suggest that the cash-flow of a given property has something to do with the nationality or residence of the owner but, in any case, you're absolutely correct that, historically, the net rental yields of LTRs in US cash-flow markets like the Mid-West have been typically higher than in the average European market, although that wouldn't be the case for many other US markets like California or New York.

Once they on board more European hosts, I will get more use out of it.

Many European cities have existed far-far longer than the USA has even existed.

Apparently this is not offered by most major banks.
