I have a property under contact in Charlotte that I'm assigning to a cash buyer & he's going to see the property today & I'm not in Charlotte today.

I understand showings are part of the deal when a property is being rented or sold, but this seems like a huge breach of security and tenant rights.

The downside of this may be high turnover rates.The real estate agents and property managers operating in this zip code, may have more to say on this.

Also, our property is 10x the size of most in the city at 1.75 acres.

Many owners are also absentee and rely on PM companies to book their properties and cleaners. 

Payment is manageable but definitely eating into the amount we can save and invest.
