I don't have a course to monetize victims into schemes that largely do not work/exist in reality you'll have to pay someone else to exaggerate to you about getting rich fast. 3) If you want to do flips, but have no experience, and want to 100% finance your way through one I can't help you. 4) If you want to buy a long-term rental, outsource the management, put minimum down, buy turnkey, in a "good area", and expect a "10 Cap" or "10% CoC"; I can't help you. 5) If you "represent" a group of buyers or representing "someone else" in the pursuits of a real estate investment, I can't help you. I get results and people who can't come to me directly don't get results by outsourcing such a critical component to real estate investing.
