I am a Retired Engineer (2018) and now full time Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Investor and Landlord that has been "flipping" Cars, RVs and Real Estate for the past 30 years as a side income before becoming Full Time Real Estate . Real Estate has been my primary flip medium since 2010. I have 4 children, 1 still in "school" a Junior in High School. Experience: Personally investing in real estate since 2010, but had rehabbed 6 properties in the previous 10 years. I now have 28 rentals (6 plex becoming 8 unit, 4 unit mixed use, 4 plex, 4 -duplex, 3 - single family, 3 Storage) also rehabbing 3-4 properties a year and "Wholetailing" 2-3 a year. Looking to start buying more volume while adding rentals to my portfolio. Have Sold properties on Contract for Deed, Bought Subject-to, Owner finance and have BRRR'd . Buying using LLC, Self Directed IRA, Private Lenders and Hard Money Lenders fitting with the need of the deal. Used Hard Money Lender on several while also being the Loan Broker. Real Estate Goals: Build up to 6-8 Rehabs a year using Self Directed IRA, grow my rental portfolio implementing BRRR more often. Currently Seeking: I would like to add more multi-family units to my portfolio and increase my other volume as well.
