Let's just say I got SCREWED from the jerk who failed to take care of it before me. When I decided to fix up and sell the house they did everything they could to make sure I wasn't screwed over! Well ran company. Since my move to Pennsylvania from NY Big Reality came in clutch with the rental process. Adriana (team lead) is super down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. Not pushy and is very reasonable. Rented to properties with this company and dealt with Adriana personally both times. Any issues or work orders were addressed by her and team swiftly. Very responsive. All in all 5 star treatment led by MVP Adriana! Highly recommend.

More specifically, Andriana my property manager has been a lifesaver for me and in my business it’s very important to me to work with vendors that I can trust and treat my business as if it was their own. Any landlords thinking about retaining their Property Management services better truly think again. Big Realty must pay folks to give good reviews while many of their current client landlord's are dropping them like flies, from managing their properties.
