Hey there, I’m Cole Murray, a proud Floridian, and I currently call North Port (Sarasota County), FL, home. I’ve got deep roots in this community – I graduated from high school here and got my marketing degree at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Coming back to my hometown is a real joy for me; I’ve got strong ties to this place. Real estate and new construction homes have always been my passion. My parents run a residential contracting business for over 25 years, creating beautiful single-family and duplex properties. You could say real estate is in my blood. I’ve learned a vital lesson over the years: putting the client first is the key to success in this business. My main goal is turning my clients’ dreams into reality. It often involves a mix of creativity, a deep understanding of the market, local connections, and resourcefulness. There’s nothing better than seeing a client light up when they step into their dream home on closing day. Beyond real estate, I’m active in our community. I used to wrestle in college, and I still stay involved by refereeing high school matches during the wrestling season. I’m also a proud member of the North Port area Rotary Club, where I jump into projects that support local businesses and help our community. My wife and I find strength and comfort in our faith at the Coastlife Church in Venice.
