As a full-time real estate agent and investor, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With a strong background in electrical engineering, having graduated from Penn State in 2018, he initially pursued a career in that field for about 2.5 years. However, driven by a deep interest in real estate investing, he made the bold decision to transition into real estate full-time and hasn't looked back since. As an investor, Alan owns 7 rental properties with a total of 13 units. He started his real estate investing journey using the house hacking method, purchasing his first multi-family property. This hands-on experience has given him invaluable insights into the nuances of property investment and has honed his expertise in identifying potential opportunities and maximizing returns. As a real estate agent, Alan has closed over 70 transactions totaling over $20M in sales. He is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers find their dream homes. In addition, he specializes in working with first-time investors, flippers selling their projects, and experienced residential real estate investors. Alan was amazing from start to finish. He treated my condo with professionalism despite it being a small sale. I live in another state and he coordinated getting the condo show-ready, including hiring a painter and handyman and even helped pick out paint colors. He communicated well and in a timely manner. My condo had offers after being on the market only a day! I couldn't be more grateful.
