I am a 3rd generation agent who owns and operates family owned brokerage Realty One Group Generations with partners in the family and an Ameriprise wealth management franchise. I handle sale an operations for the brokerage and for our real estate team Glenda Kane & Company, which has 8 agents who are ready to handle business throughout South central PA and Northern MD. The team allows us to move quickly for our clients in this fast paced seller markets. Our hallmark is communication and the agents on our team understand the importance of being accessible and making sure every phone call gets returned. So much so that we guarantee it. If an agent doesn't return a client's call within 24 hours we will actually deduct it from our commission. Don't get too excited about that though because in the six years since we implemented the program we have yet to have paid out a client for an agent not returning their client's call. It's our belief that while industry knowledge and proper financial acumen and connections are valuable to our client base, that nothing matters more than communication and availability. Our family also owns and operated an expanding property management company Hulson Homes in the York and Adams County area. I primarily handle investors looking to purchase or list their homes while my brother Alex Kane oversees the property management side. Our broker of record Glenda Kane (also goes by mom) was instrumental in the residential side of the market managing one of the largest teams in the area for last 30 years. Myself, and agents I manage, are specialized in different areas in the market from listing, purchasing, investment NOI and cash flow analysis, and commercial purchasing and management. Ryan Long is a passionate, licensed real estate broker. He was raised in Corvallis, has an exceptional knowledge of the real estate market, and is the owner and manager of his own personal investment property. As the son of a highly successful real estate professional, Ryan not only inherited exposure to the real estate industry, but also developed a keen aptitude from his sincere knowledge of, interest, and experience in the industry. He brings three decades of experience to the Sue Long Realty Group, along with a strong background in both investments and finances. Ryan excels in the areas of communication, negotiation, and valuation. As your Realtor, Ryan has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across the Corvallis area. He serves the entire Mid-Willamette Valley region area (including Corvallis, Philomath, Albany, Lebanon, Adair Village, and more) and specializes in home buying and investment properties. Also a Veteran, Ryan served in the Oregon Army National Guard with the 1249th and the 162nd Engineer Battalion. Outside of work, he is a very active and connected community member. He loves being in the mountains around Oregon while hiking, biking and snowboarding. He also enjoys international travel, which have provided exceptional opportunities for his other hobby, road and mountain bike touring. He has competed in endurance cycling races in Italy, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He also cycled the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route and the Baja Divide!
