Q and Samm were absolutely amazing throughout our home selling process! 10/10 recommend them. Communication was amazing and the amount of help they offered throughout the process has been absolutely incredible!

Q and his team are the absolute BEST at what they do!
We’ve worked on projects with them from about every angle, buying and selling property, flipping homes, along with renovating properties for their clients and themselves. I cannot express how often I am impressed with everything they have built. Q has introduced us to great Sub-Contractors, current and future clients, material suppliers, along with so many other connections. They have also been incredibly helpful with design and layout suggestions helping us deliver a product to a client that will both stand out in the marketplace and yet, not over do it. This is especially important if they are thinking of selling down the road, which is always a concern for our projects, the return on the investment. I cannot recommend Q and his team enough!
After all, it’s all about who you know. And Q is one guy you absolutely HAVE TO know.

Simply the best! Q Realty Group helped my wife and I find our dream home even though we were first time buyers and interest rates were high. They really know their stuff and handled the negotiation for our house in a professional manner that didn’t stress us out. They even saved us a few hundred bucks in inspection fees after we’d reached a money-saving deal on the house. I never rate anything five stars but these guys are the exception.

The Q Realty Group was amazing to work with!! We highly recommend them!! As first time home buyers, they were so patient and flexible with us through the many houses we toured and gave honest, genuine, and supportive feedback throughout the process. Both Q and Samm truly care about their clients and finding the perfect home for them. The Q realty group made the process fun and stress free as we closed on the perfect house & we can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us! Truly a wonderful group!!

Samm and Q with The Q Realty Group have been so AMAZING throughout the whole home buying process. From day 1 they have been flexible, available, and patient while guiding us as first time buyers. I have no doubt in my mind that they will give you 110% effort in helping you find the perfect home for yourself or in helping you find the perfect buyer! Speaking from experience, as a first time home buyer, they made the process easy and fun for me! Thinking of selling? Call my people at Q realty group! Why? Because these people will have you covered, top to bottom and inside out. When we sold our first home, I couldn't even find the words to describe the experience we had. Samm and Q were so incredibly helpful, patient, understanding, responsive, supportive, knowledgeable and were just as passionate in selling our home and finding us the perfect fit, as we were! They drove miles upon miles and had constant communication with us to ensure this was as easy and stress free as possible for us. If you’re looking at selling and/or buying a house The Q Realty Group is the absolute ONLY way to go! We reached out to Samm and Q and started our buying and selling journey right away. They were ALWAYS on top of their communication and we knew we could rely on them to help us sell our current home and find the perfect new home. What could have been a highly stressful situation - went smooth as can be because Samm and Q handled everything so professionally. They always had our best interest in mind and worked hard to sell our house as well as help us purchase our new home.
