Is it possible to add MLS ? For pulling comps ? Just a Thought . Of course that may have a fee .

check on the VRF systems that are high efficient and gives you the ability to charge tenants through submeters as well.more expensive than traditional HVAC but for that many units i thing would be worth looking in to it.http://news.mehvac.com/WhitePapers/Multifamily+White+Paper.pdf

i was approached to invest at wholesaling team by investing for the marketing mail campaigns and was wondering what model partnership is fare for everyone  as i will invest cash and they will do all negotiations and leg work and i will have option to buy first or deny deals that come through . i just want the deal to be fare.Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
